A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced CEO to join an impactful Community-based organisation, to create an impactful, long-lasting difference. This integral role, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, is responsible for the oversight of financial, strategic, people, operational and safety facets of the business.
MASP is a not-for-profit community-based organisation with a long history of service provision to disadvantaged and vulnerable members of the Mallee community.
MASP offers a comprehensive range of services to support vulnerable children, youth, families, and individuals in need of housing assistance. As a registered housing provider, MASP is committed to delivering equitable and affordable housing solutions for all members of the community. Their approach is centered around achieving positive outcomes for clients, utilising therapeutic care models and a trauma-informed approach.
MASP has identified four key areas of community need, which guide the organisation’s focus and strategic priorities. These areas include Family Safety, Homelessness Support, Children, Youth and Families, and Residential Services and Social Housing.
