Our Story

In 2013, under the shining Adelaide CBD sun, with a delicious coffee (or wine) in hand, two visionary leaders discussed their clients' frustration with the lack of connection and individualism in the recruitment industry.


From that conversation, Harrison McMillan was born. Based on client feedback our founders developed the idea to connect, partner and create trust between recruiters and their clients. With the intention to create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships, that makes finding the best talent for your organisation simple and painless. 


And more than ten years later, we have done just that. Harrison McMillan has evolved into an organisation offering a broad range of curated recruitment solutions with a unique partnership approach.


We believe in tailoring every project to fit the specific needs, timelines, and budgets of our clients, avoiding a 'one-size-fits-all' approach.

More than just a name, Harrison McMillan comes from our founder’s mother’s maiden names. It serves as the guiding force behind our unwavering commitment to values that would make our mothers proud.
