Your Opportunity
This part-time role, based at our Belair home, offers the chance to be the welcoming face of Kalyra. The position is for five days per fortnight, working Monday and Tuesday one week, and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday the next. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work across our Belair, McLaren Vale, and Woodcroft homes.

With your warm and professional approach, you will:
  • Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Support daily operations, managing data entry, filing, correspondence, and office tasks.
  • Work collaboratively, assisting the team, attending meetings, and fostering a positive workplace.
What You'll Bring
The position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and resilience under pressure

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:  

•              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•              Strong organisational and time management abilities
•              Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•              A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
•              Experience in a reception or administrative role
•              A passion for working in aged care (desirable)

Apart from this, we ask that you have the following:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
  • National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • NDIS workers clearance or willingness to obtain
  • 3 x COVID-19 vaccinations and annual influenza vaccination
