Project Engineer

Role Overview

As a Project Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our clients project management team, overseeing engineering tasks from initial design to final handover. Your role will involve meticulous planning, coordination, and problem-solving to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project objectives.
  • Create detailed work plans and schedules for construction.
  • Interpret and review design drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards and codes.
  • Provide technical support to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
  • Track project budgets and control costs.
  • Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Prepare project reports and communicate with clients.
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage procurement and subcontractor activities.
  • Support commercial and contractual needs.
  • Coordinate with fabrication management for timely equipment production.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, chemical, electrical, or mechanical).
  • 2-3 years of experience in project engineering.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and construction standards.
  • Experience in water treatment (preferred).
  • Proficiency in project management principles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on safety and environmental practices.
  • Valid driver’s license.
