About the role
As a Client Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by ensuring seamless access Bedford’s suite of NIDIS service offerings. Reporting to the Client Engagement and Relationships Manager, this role is working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide the highest level of service and support to a designated case load. The role is a full time permanent role within a supportive team, and based in Metropolitan Adelaide across various sites, requiring flexibility to travel as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing Service Agreements and associated documentation for your designated caseload
- Promoting and matching Bedford’s services to prospective and existing clients.
- Championing the delivery of the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
- Supporting clients in achieving their NDIS goals and objectives.
- Mange NDIS enquiries and generate quotes
- Assisting with client onboarding and providing ongoing support throughout their engagement with Bedford.
- Arrange, facilitate and lead meetings with clients and their support networks including, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), NDIA representatives, and Support Coordinators.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records across multiple platforms.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support business growth and maintain service excellence.
- Adapting to an evolving NDIS landscape, ensuring financial viability and continuous improvement in service offerings.
About you

We appreciate that some skills can be taught whereas others may be more difficult to train. With this in mind, we invite applications from people who have a strong understanding of NDIS processes as well people who may have not worked in the sector including people with lived experience with disability.

- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills and using client management databases.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
- An ability to collaborate and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A problem-solving mindset with a person-centred approach to service delivery.
For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer:
- National Police Clearance (no older than six months).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Proof of completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and ability to travel between locations.
- Australian work rights and 100 points of identification.
