The Opportunity
Lutheran Homes Group (LHG) is seeking an experienced Manager, Organisational Development to shape leadership capability, workforce planning, and cultural transformation. This key role partners with senior leadership to drive high-performance, embed continuous learning, and support sustainable workforce growth in a purpose-driven aged care organisation.



What You’ll Do:
  • Organisational Development Strategy – Develop and implement innovative learning and development (L&D) strategies that align with LHG’s long-term objectives.
  • Leadership Capability – Deliver targeted leadership programs for emerging, current, and senior leaders to enhance strategic thinking and decision-making.
  • Workforce Planning & Analytics – Assess workforce trends, skill gaps, and future capability needs to inform proactive talent strategies.
  • Cultural Transformation – Embed LHG’s values, foster an inclusive and engaged workforce, and support change management initiatives.
  • Lead & Inspire – Manage and mentor a high-performing team, driving excellence in organisational development initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or Leadership Capability roles.
  • Strong background in leadership development, workforce planning, and cultural change.
  • Expertise in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) (CompliLearn experience advantageous).
  •  A strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Passion for fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and innovative workplace.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (aged care or healthcare experience advantageous).

  • National Police Clearance (or NDIS Worker Clearance) suitable for aged care.
