As Director of Home Services, you’ll lead this significant operational division, ensuring its commercial success while enhancing service quality and accessibility.
With increasing demand for in-home aged care, this role is pivotal in driving strategic reforms, optimising service delivery, and positioning Kalyra as an industry leader. You’ll lead innovation and operational excellence while fostering a compassionate, values-driven culture.
 

Your Opportunity As Director of Home Services, you will oversee the transformation and expansion of Kalyra’s Help at Home business. Your focus will be on ensuring long-term financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and service excellence—bringing the division in line with industry-leading standards.
You’ll be a key executive leader, reporting directly to the CEO, and playing a central role in shaping the future of home care.
 

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic transformation – Overhaul and grow the Help at Home business to meet industry ROI standards, ensuring the right cost models, service maximisation, and cross-service integration.
  • Drive large-scale reform – Shape the future of home care, ensuring Kalyra remains at the forefront of industry changes, regulatory shifts, and evolving community needs.
  • Maximise operational efficiency – Streamline services and processes, ensuring resources are optimised and client outcomes are prioritised.
  • Enhance industry reputation – Strengthen Kalyra’s position as a leader in aged care by driving service quality, customer satisfaction, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and empower a high-performing team – Inspire and develop a strong leadership culture within Home Services, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Ensure commercial success – Implement financial and operational strategies to drive profitability and long-term sustainability.
 

What You’ll Bring You are an accomplished strategic leader, experienced in driving transformation and operational excellence within large-scale service environments. You may come from aged care, health, government, education, community services, or other sectors where you’ve led complex reforms and growth strategies.
 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale service delivery, business transformation, or operational reform.
  • A strong track record in strategy, financial sustainability, and operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth, optimising services, and improving commercial outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing government, industry bodies, and key decision-makers
  • A degree in Business, Health Services, Community Services, or a related field
  • A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one), a valid driver’s license, and the necessary vaccinations
