As a Community Registered Nurse you will be responsible for supporting people living in their homes following person-centered care and applying best clinical practice. You will be part of a dedicated team and support staff with clinical advice and provide a range of clinical assistance to clients, including but not limited to, health assessments, simple and complex wound care, palliative care, simple and complex medication administration, and chronic disease management. The registered nurse team members are supported by and report to the Program Manager of Clinical Services.
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Murray Bridge, with the flexibility to travel to Mount Barker on designated days. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality care across multiple locations while working within a supportive team environment. The hourly rate will be based on your RN level, in accordance with the 2024-2025 Kalyra Enterprise Agreement Rates. Registered Nurse Level 1 rates start at $38.25 per hour (Level 1, Year 1) and progress to $54.06 per hour (Level 1, Year 10) plus superannuation and salary packaging.

Confident in clinical care, you have experience working autonomously in the community and demonstrate genuine empathy for clients. Additionally, you thrive in a collaborative team environment that is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

- AHPRA Registration?
- A committed approach to person-centred care and compliance standards
- Reliable vehicle and current drivers license
- Smartphone to access the mobile worker app
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid Certificate
