Your opportunity
As a valued member of our Southern region Help at Home team, you will empower older people in our communities to live life the way they choose.
You have the following key areas of responsibility:?
- Relationship Management ?- ?Maintain accessible and open lines of communication, professionally manage complaints, and collaborate across functions to understand and meet our clients' needs.
- Service Offering - ?Have in depth knowledge of Kalyra's products and services, identifying comprehensive referral opportunities for customers.
- Customer Experience - ?Enhance client "Quality of Life" by completing initial paperwork for consultant team assessments.
- Case Management - ? Identify key support areas, create comprehensive plans, and ensure all aspects of care are considered.
You’re a compassionate, resilient, and good-hearted person who deeply respects and seeks to enhance the strengths and dignity of older people.
You are a team player with strong administration skills and are committed to quality service and continuous improvement. You excel in multitasking, possess excellent customer service skills, and have experience in aged care, demonstrating proficiency in various software applications.
You’ll also need:
- Cert 3 minimum required - Either community services or individual support
- A reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- 3 x COVID-19 vaccinations and annual influenza vaccination
- Current First Aid and CPR accreditation
