The Clinical Team Leader at Kalyra plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents while supporting and leading the residential care team. You will:

Provide overall leadership to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.

Deliver exceptional clinical care, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies.

Create and maintain person-centred care plans, reflecting residents' unique needs and preferences.

Oversee clinical risk management, including care transitions and mandatory reporting.

Facilitate effective team communication through daily huddles and clinical risk meetings.

Promote a home-like environment that enhances residents' well-being, dignity, and independence.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a high standard of care and governance.

This full-time position is based in Belair, SA, with working hours from Monday to Friday.
What you'll bringYou’re a compassionate, resilient and good-hearted person who deeply respects and seeks to enhance the strengths and dignity of older people. Through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you establish and maintain professional relationships, ensure confidentiality and respect our customers’ values.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency, confidence in clinical care, and genuine empathy and understanding for our residents. You should also possess experience in clinical coordination, mentoring, and fostering continuous improvement in aged care environments. Your passion lies in promoting well-being and enhancing the quality of life for those in need.

AHPRA Registration

National Police Check or willingness to obtain one

NDIS clearance

Senior First Aid Certificate

3 x covid vaccinations

Influenza 2024 vaccination or 2025 booking

Sound leadership and team-building skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Aged Care
